Res has been providing performance services to the NHS, Local Authorities & Industry for over ten years. We have vision of working in collaboration with clients to optimise performance at organisational, team and individual levels. Our approach is based on combining evidence-based methodologies with innovative design and active engagement of stakeholders (including professionals such as clinicians in the NHS) at local level. Our services include training, mediation, data modelling, commissioning systems, online intelligence, strategy development, business planning and operational transformation. We deliver bespoke as well as off-the-shelf solutions. We have delivered over 500 projects across all sectors with a team of specialists using high quality project management techniques.

Our method

The critical elements in all performance includes effective leadership, organisational and workforce capability, and an innovative approach to problem solving. Our focus on optimising performance utilises extensive research around best practice in performance improvement across multiple sectors, along with case studies on actual project delivery and evaluation. Res has evolved a real world methodology based on this analysis which has proven to be highly effective. Key elements include focusing on end-point outcomes (using this as a design and progress benchmark), using real world analysis (to inform design and evaluation), engagement of ALL key stakeholders (for example, clinicians in NHS efficiency projects), dynamic project management, and transparent communication on progress & outcomes. Res draws on an eclectic mix of concepts, methodologies & case studies in design solutions, ranging from new management and marketing models, through to anthropology, systems thinking, real world simulations and performance research.

Our company structure

Res has a head office in Andover in Hampshire with a network of partners and associates around the UK and beyond. The company is divided into three business units; Professional Development (training, e-learning and mentoring); Business Systems (online systems, data modelling and commissioning business analysis); and Consultancy and Projects (strategy, change projects & bespoke design).

A dedicated strategy, business development and project administration team is based in Andover, with technology partners based in UK, Poland, Middle East & India. The Res delivery network includes an extensive team of full time and flexible project managers providing specialist input for all project types. Enhanced capability and capacity are provided by an extensive Res partner network.
