Our training includes virtual and in-person in half-day, full-day and brief session formats that can be delivered in half or full day formats to suit your doctors’ educational requirements. In addition to our training proframmes we provide fully automated event management including flyer production, delegate recruitment, digital handouts, workshop feedback, certification and session reports. We also provide a free training needs analysis should you require it.

Dr Mark Davies, BA (Hons), MB.BS, RCPsych, MBA

NHS Consultant with MBA working across multiple sectors. Focus on strategy development, service redesign, leadership, business  performance. Previous experience working in marketing sector.

Graham Knight

Senior healthcare leader, educator, and improvement specialist with extensive experience in Mental Health service leadership & transformation including General Adult, Eating Disorders, CAMHS, and Learning Disabilities. Graham has been delivering skills improvement and career development programmes to SAS grades and Trust Grade (LED) colleagues for at least 15 years.  He is passionate in his support for the medical workforce and the sustainability of the health systems we work in..

Professor Adrian Heald

Professor Adrian Heald is a Consultant Physician and Endocrinologist at Salford Royal Hospital. He is a Professor at Manchester University and Visiting Fellow at St. Peters College, Oxford, being active in research in diabetes, obesity, women’s health and hypothyroidism. He has published more than 260 research papers in these areas. A particular focus at present is work on the epigenetic factors underlying renal and cardiovascular complications in type 1 and type 2 diabetes. Adrian is also an Approved Clinician in Psychiatry (FRCPsych) and is a champion for parity of outcomes for people with mental health problems.
